How We Ranked GLP-1 Telehealth Programs — and Why Review Volume Matters More Than Ads

As of: September 15, 2026 (ET)

Online weight-loss shopping means “as low as” pricing that splits membership from medication and star ratings that are hard to compare. Our wave-1 ranking organizes public customer-experience signals, especially Trustpilot and verified Google reviews.

Why review volume matters

A 4.8 from eighty reviews is not the same evidence as a 4.5 from twelve thousand. We weight Trustpilot score and volume, then check Google when possible. If a Google score cannot be verified, we publish TBD, never an invented number.

Ivím Health stood out around 4.9 across tens of thousands of reviews, so it ranks #1. Henry Meds and Mochi Health follow with large four-point bases. Advertising alone does not earn points.

What reviews measure

Reviews reflect onboarding, shipping, billing, portal responses, and cancellation. They are not clinical trials. A high score does not prove outcomes; a complaint does not prove a medicine is unsafe. Older or smaller review bases deserve caution.

Brand-name and compounded pathways

FDA-approved GLP-1 products and compounded formulations are not interchangeable. Ask a licensed clinician which class is prescribed, which pharmacy fills it, and what monitoring applies.

How to use the table

  1. Open current Trustpilot and Google pages.
  2. Separate membership from medication.
  3. Read recent reviews.
  4. Bring clinical questions to a licensed clinician.
